# Your Team

  1. Invite Member
    • If you have an Admin Account, you will be able to see all other accounts (Investors, Guild Owners, Managers, etc).
    • Invite your teammates on Kaizen and set up their respective roles/permissions. (Administer, Investor, Operation, etc.)
    • To send an invitation, click on Invite Member to open a popup window.
    • In the pop-up window, enter one or multiple emails, choose their Permissions and click on the Invite button.
    • Your teammates will then receive invitations in their inbox.
    • You can also resend invitations to the Expired/Pending members by clicking on the Send Invite button beside their email address.






# Role Permissions

  1. Role Permissions

    » Administer

    Every user on Kaizen will have a different set of permissions based on the role assigned to them by the account owner/admin. Users can have one or multiple permissions.

    • Overview
    • Calculator
    • Wallet
    • Axies - can’t Upload
    • Preferences

    » Approve

    When users have only “Approve” permission, they will have access to the following menus with features:

    • Overview
    • Calculator
    • Scholars - can’t Assign, Upload, Claim, Payout, Download CSV
    • Payouts
    • Preferences - doesn’t have “Your Team” menu and “Your Guild” menu

    » Edit

    When users have only “Edit” permission, they will have access to the following menus with features:

    • Overview
    • Calculator
    • Axies - can’t Edit and Delete
    • Scholars - can’t Assign, Upload, Claim, Payout
    • Payouts - can’t Approve and Reject
    • Preferences - doesn’t have “Your Team” menu and “Your Guild” menu

    » Investor

    When users have only “Investor” permission, they will have access to the following menus with features:

    • Overview
    • Calculator - no data in Performers to Improve
    • Scholars - can’t Assign, Upload, Claim, Payout
    • Payouts - doesn’t have “Batch Payout” menu
    • Preferences - doesn’t have “Your Team” menu and “Your Guild” menu

    » View

    When users have only “View” permission, they will have access to the following menus with features:

    • Overview
    • Calculator
    • Axies - can’t Edit, Delete, and Upload
    • Scholars - can’t Assign, Upload, Claim, Payout
    • Payouts - doesn’t have “Batch Payout” menu
    • Preferences - doesn’t have “Your Team” menu and “Your Guild” menu

    » Withdraw

    When users have only “Withdraw” permission, they will have access to the following menus with features:

    • Overview
    • Calculator
    • Scholars - can’t Assign, Upload, Download CSV
    • Payouts - can’t Approve and Reject
    • Preferences - doesn’t have “Your Team” menu and “Your Guild” menu

    » Operation

    When users have only “Operation” permission, they will have access to the following menus with features:

    • Overview
    • Calculator
    • Axies - can’t Edit and Delete
    • Scholars - can’t Claim and Payout
    • Preferences - doesn’t have “Your Team” menu and “Your Guild” menu
  2. Edit Member

    • Users can edit member permissions by clicking on the “Edit” button beside any of the members.
    • Clicking on the “Edit” button will open a popup window.
    • Users can edit permission and click on the “Update” button will update the member permissions successfully.






  1. Delete Member

    • Users can delete a member by clicking on the “Delete” button beside any of the members.
    • Clicking on the “Delete” button will open a confirmation dialog box.
    • Users can cancel the deletion of a member by clicking on the “Cancel” button.
    • Users can confirm the deletion of a member by clicking on the “Remove” button.








# Guild & Profile

  1. Your Guild

    • Users can update their Guild Name and Ronin Address here.
    • Users can also update split share for Scholar, Investor, and Manager.






  1. Your Profile
  • » Personal Information
    • Users can update their Username and Ronin Address here.
    • Users can not update their email address.






  • » Change Password
    • Users can change their account password by entering their current password and new password.
    • If users enter the correct current password and valid new password and click on the “Save” button, the password will be saved successfully.






  • » Additional Security
    • Users can set up 2-factor authentication to make accounts more secure.
    • Clicking on the 2FA, users will have a popup window.
    • The Popup window will contain a QR code that users have to scan using Google Authenticator.
    • After that, users have to enter the One Time password in the field below the QR code.
    • Then, clicking on the 2FA will set the 2-factor authentication successfully.
    • After setting up 2FA, users have to enter OTP every time they want to log in to Kaizen.
